It's "Easter Sunday" I prefer to refer to it as Resurrection Day if I must call it anything other than Sunday, April 04, 2010. It's 11:37a.m. slightly before noon. The time back on this Day we Celebrate "bunnies, eggs, jelly-beans, & marsh mellow rabbits" went totally dark.
JESUS handed over to Pontius Pilate: Luke 23:01-55..,
I Appreciate Luke's version because he had no ulterior motive but to Confirm THAT CHRIST HAD INDEED RISEN & RESCUED Mankind from ETERNAL DEATH(the 2nd death is FINAL).
He was Not a Disciple of CHRIST(directly) but Converted After Resurrection Day.
Then Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests, the rulers, and the people, said to them, "You have brought this Man to me, as one who misleads the people.
And indeed, having examined Him in your presence, I have found No fault in this Man concerning those things of which you accuse Him; no, Neither did Herod, for I sent you back to him; and indeed Nothing Deserving of death has been Done by Him.
I Will therefore chastise(why said he was innocent?) & release Him."
And they all cried out at once, saying, "Away with this Man, and release to us Barabbas" who had been thrown into prison for a certain rebellion made in the city, and for murder.
Pilate, therefore, wishing to Release JESUS, again called out to them.
But they shouted, saying, "Crucify Him, crucify him!"
Then he(Pilate) said to them the 3rd time, "Why, what evil has He Done?"
I have found No reason for death in Him. I Will therefore chastise Him and let Him Go."
But they were insistent, demanding with loud voices that He be crucified. And the voices of these men prevailed.
So Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they requested. And he released to them the one they requested, who for rebellion & murder had been thrown into prison; but he delivered JESUS to their will.
Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, "If you are the Christ, save Yourself and us."
But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, "Do you Not even fear GOD, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed Justly, for we Receive the due reward of our deeds, But This Man Has Done Nothing wrong."
Then he said to JESUS, "LORD, REMEMBER me when YOU COME INTO YOUR KINGDOM."
And JESUS SAID TO Him, "ASSUREDLY, I SAY TO You TODAY YOU WILL BE WITH ME IN PARADISE."
Now it was about the 6th hour, and There WAS DARKNESS OVER ALL THE EARTH UNTIL the 9th hour. Then the sun was darkened(Obscured), and THE VEIL OF THE TEMPLE WAS TORN IN TWO. AND WHEN JESUS HAD CRIED OUT WITH A LOUD VOICE, HE SAID, 'FATHER, INTO YOUR HANDS I COMMIT MY SPIRIT.' "
Having said this, HE BREATHED HIS LAST.
So when the centurion(slave whom they demanded to carry the cross after JESUS FELL with it) saw What Had Happened, He Glorified GOD, Saying,
"Certainly THIS WAS A RIGHTEOUS MAN!"
I had to go a little further back to show the trial that led up to this supposed sentencing. Two individual & capable kings deemed JESUS Innocent but the religious zealots fought for His crucifixion because HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS Outweighed theirs & HIS LOVE Outgrew theirs last but Certainly not least HIS FAITH WAS STRONGER than theirs.
See JESUS' crucifixion & Joseph's sold to Egyptians Reversed the curses meant for them by zealots & Ushered REDEMPTION For Many Nations UNDER GOD Indivisible With Liberty & JUSTICE For All.(wasn't that part of the pledge of allegiance? funny lol)
Seriously accusations, false-testimonies & ridicule are all tools to the enemy of GOD & HIS SPIRIT WHICH DWELLS WITHIN The Hearts Of Those That Trust & Obey THE WORD OF GOD COMPLETELY.
What evil meant for harm GOD TURNED INTO SOMETHING GOOD FOR EVERYONE(Romans 08:28), JESUS WAS RAISED TO LIFE(Acts 02:22-39) & EXALTED ABOVE ALL OTHERS(Matthew 23:12 & Acts 05:31-32), & We Received Eligibility TO BE JOINT HEIRS WITH CHRIST IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD(Romans 08:17).
With this Realization why then are not GOD'S PEOPLE WALKING IN THE FULLNESS JESUS PROMISED AS HE ASCENDED UP TO HEAVEN(Acts 03:13)?
Or the Apostle Paul's Faith & Courage after seeing his future in prison(Acts 20:17-35).
I'm Attempting To Motivate Each Of Us To Do That GOD HAS GIVEN Us Faith, Knowledge, Tools & Strength To Accomplish toward Building New Life on Earth as We Await HIS RETURN. Of Course we can only do so much for with man not all things are possible but with GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO THEM Who Believe.
The Children of our society have long been clouded with business not necessarily beneficial to all though temporarily rewarding to others. The Family began to fall apart in America when the government decided to offer a few pennies to women having babies outside of wedlock(marriage) and needing financial assistance to make ends meet.
They offered food stamps and supplemental foods(cheese(gov. issued), milk(powdered), & hot-cereal(farina) as long as there was no Man of the house or father in the house.
Why couldn't they offer assistance to the family as a whole to learn to budget and survive together rather than driving a wedge that eventually lead to a so-called independence by forcing mothers into the work force to keep up with the Jone's or the Smith's.
That supposed help issued a false sense of security to desperate families lacking guidance & nurturing. Presenting today's society where Everyone must work even the children to meet the bare necessities let alone amenities & frequent flier miles.
The Consistent need for governments to monopolize on supply and demand to increase riches vicariously leads all to a lonely road of guilt, regret and shame.
They make deals with companies for profit aware of certain dangers, they invade countries and cause senseless killings worldwide to gain popularity or praise for showmanship.
Then they lead the world into a crisis of financial instability and blame all that were deceived by their lies and hoping for equality, justice & prosperity for all.
It angers me when I watch programs via The History channel or A & E and the government has experimented with something or other and created a disease they can't control or an epidemic(heroine, L.S.D., smoking tobacco, spray paint, crack, methamphetamine etc.) supposedly developed to control enemies. Well that certainly backfired and communities are overwhelmed with products of that development or lack of I should say.
The sixties bought war & heroine the seventies economics & marijuana the eighties disco, freebase(pure cocaine) and crack(synthetic-cocaine).
The crack epidemic has destroyed even further the families and communities far worse than welfare which now funds the crack operations and sells because most communities where welfare is issued don't even have grocery stores for the funds allocated toward food & necessities.
Many years ago there was a vote to have the "lotto" played in California to allocate extra funds towards higher Education. Um. They are considering omitting the 12th grade & have deleted many creative activities or physical educations programs due to bad budgeting. What are the youth suppose to do after school? With even parks being closed due to inflation?
The Churches either don't know don't show or don't care about what's going on in the hood. When will we realize our future is being born now and now was our future then?

I noticed not one individual offered help or solutions but all will make derogatory statements & insults toward each other & decimate characters of one another but not offer solutions.
That is a sad thought to think but when it's realized by actions it's even sadder.
