In Christianity, the Holy Spirit (or Holy Ghost) is the Spirit of God. In mainstream (Trinitarian) Christian beliefs he is the third person of the Trinity. As part of the Godhead, the Holy Spirit is equal with God the Father and with God the Son.

In New Testament He Appears after the Life, death & Resurrection of Our LORD & SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST To EmPower The Disciples to Do & Live as JESUS DID by THE POWER OF GOD(Mark 02:10, 03:15, Luke 05:17, 09:01, John 10:18, 19:10 & Acts 01;08).

We Hear JESUS Speaking to the 11 Disciples whom HE asked to meet HIM on a Mountain in Galilee: I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ALL AUTHORITY IN HEAVEN and On Earth! GO to the people of All Nations a Make them MY DISCIPLES(Followers). Baptize them in THE NAME OF THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT, and Teach them to Do Everything I Have Told You. I(JESUS) WILL BE WITH You Always, even Until the End of the world(Matthew 28:16-20).
How cool is that? Assurance that He Will Never leave nor forsake us(Acts 04:23-31). Let's take a moment to examine what Happened once THE HOLY SPIRIT SHOWED UP(verses 32-37): The Group of Followers All Felt THE SAME WAY About Everything. None of Them Claimed that Their Possessions were Their own, and they Shared Everything They Had With Each Other. In a Powerful Way The Apostles(Disciples Turned Teachers) Told Every1 That THE LORD JESUS WAS NOW ALIVE. GOD Gr8ly BLESSED HIS Followers, and No1went in Need of Anything. Every1 Owned Land or Houses They would Give to Any1 in Need.
Wow that's " One accord" or " of the same mind(Romans 12:16)." See there are no mysteries just a DIVINE PLAN that Only Reveals It's Meaning To Those Who Seek THE LORD & Honor HIS WAYS(Isaiah 55:08).

JOINED WITH THE FATHER & THE SON(2 Corinthians 13:14), OMNIPOTENT(Unlimited Power-Luke 01:35-38), OMNISCIENT(Knowing All Things-1 Corinthians 02:10-11 & Matthew 11:25-30), CREATOR(Genesis 01:02, and Last but not least SOVEREIGN(Supreme in POWER-1 Corinthians 12:06, 11, & 15:28).
